Privacy Policy
In accordance with the obligation under Art. 13 GDPR, below we provide information on the processing of your personal data:
- The administrator of your personal data is Warmia and Mazury Regional Development Agency JSC in Olsztyn, Pl. Gen. Józefa Bema 3, 10-516 Olsztyn (hereinafter: the Company).
- Personal data will be processed by the Company in order to organize B2B meetings "Open to Scandinavia" (hereinafter: OTS). The company organizes B2B meetings as part of the Enterprise Europe Network East Poland project implemented by the Company. More information on the project is available at: www.een.wmarr.olsztyn.pl.
- Your personal data may also be processed by the Company for purposes other than those specified in point 2, provided that you consent to the processing of data for these other purposes.
- The company has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: iod@wmarr.olsztyn.pl.
- Providing data in each case is voluntary but providing data in the scope of: name and surname, position, telephone or e-mail address and company data is necessary to participate in a B2B meeting.
- Personal data in the scope of: name and surname, position, telephone or e-mail and company data will be stored until the end and settlement of B2B meetings. After this period personal data will be stored until the project is completed and settled.
- Personal data will also be transferred to people authorized by the Company (employees and associates of the Company who must have access to the data to perform their duties). The data will also be transferred to entities authorized to access data on the basis of applicable law.
- Additionally, personal data may also be processed, if necessary, by entities whose assistance the Company uses while performing its tasks (e.g. law firms, entities providing advisory services, IT support services, correspondence delivery services or other qualified entities on behalf of the Company).
- You have the right to access your personal data at any time as well as the right to request its rectification. You have the right to delete data, the right to limit data processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object in the cases and on the terms set out in art. 17-22 GDPR.
- If you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
